Due to an impressive period of growth, a very exciting position has been created within this innovative FMCG company. Due to this expansion of their successful operation, they now seek an experienced senior HR professional to play a crucial part in the plans for their new site.

They're looking for a really good organiser who can see this project through to completion and onwards. Recruitment will be a key focus in the first months of your role, so you'll need to be prepared to really get stuck in and get a great understanding of the company, both strategically but also from an operational stance. If the prospect of this excites you and you've got a proven recruitment background from blue collar to management, let's chat. However, I'm ideally looking for a person who can oversee this site from a rounded HR perspective so a full CIPD is essential. The culture of this business is what really sets it apart - everyone is fantastic at what they do - and you will need to be too! Exposure to, or experience in, the manufacturing or FMCG sectors would be ideal.

You'll also work closely with the current Head of HR on driving engagement, development and discussing and shaping the vision for the future of the business.

This brand is certainly unique- we're looking for people who can think outside the box and have a hands on approach to the role. This is such an important recruit to the business which could make or break the expansion plans. Of course, the utmost support and training is offered, but you have to be able to cope well with responsibility and thrive in a fast paced environment.
