GLOBAL PROCESS SENIOR MANAGER, RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCOUNT TO REPORT (A2R) PROCESSES, AARHUS
Are you ready to test your skills in driving process standardisation and improvements to the limit on an exciting journey of transforming Account to Report processes across Arla? You will be part of the Business Process Management team and become a key player in enabling change and harmonisation across our organisation. You will have a broad role with touch points across our Global Functions, Shared Service Centre as well as our operational experts across the organisation.
Process standardisation and improvements across Arla
This senior manager position offers responsibility for driving design and implementation of standardised A2R processes rooted in best practise. You will head the A2R process council (cross functional) with the responsibility to design processes and facilitate integration of new businesses to Arla.
To be successful you must work closely with your key stakeholders driving A2R process improvement initiatives and monitor and understand end-to-end performance across Arla and proactively drive im-provements.
Global Accounting knowledge - driving a tremendous change agenda
You are used to combine your theoretical background (master level) with your practical experience and have worked within accounting at some point - still able to go into a detailed dialogue with relevant stakeholders. On top of your functional knowledge you know how to drive successful projects or process optimization in an international company. You are a self-starting team player with strong personal drive and ambition. You understand the nature of process improvements, and are quality oriented and structured in your problem solving. Ideally you master Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies as well.
In your career you have proven that you have solid stakeholder management skills and documented ex-perience with taking the lead. To navigate successfully in a multi-stakeholder environment and secure smooth and efficient anchoring of A2R processes, you must have excellent communication skills and a high level of proficiency in English.
The role will require the capability to build positive relationships and motivate others to deliver in a matrix organisation, and to be successful you should have a global mind set and the ability to deliver in different cultural environments.
