A fast-paced business with fantastic vision is now looking to expand its retail commercial team, with the hire of National Account Managers.

Our client has recently re-structured and invested in the sales and marketing function adding an immediate five new heads, across national account management and category management.
Key responsibilities for the food NAM role will be:-
- To manage sales and deliver branded growth within top Grocery retail accounts, including at least one of the top four
- You will have P&L responsibility for a portfolio of accounts to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets
- Growth and development of new business
- A requirement for strong relationship management skills to enhance existing business
- Management of all elements of pricing and promotions
- To build strong multi-level customer contact across all relevant functions
Personal traits are pivotal to these new hires within National Account Management and keywords include highly motivated, energetic, passionate, hungry to succeed and a dedicated team player.
You will have worked already managing national accounts within grocery including; at least one of the top four multiples. You will currently be within FMCG with some experience of food and drink and will have a category approach to sales and account development.
This business is a rapidly expanding brand with a successful private label offering, that splits the business between retail and out of home sectors. As a business it is part of a major global food manufacturer but has recently restructured the UK side, which enables our client to work as an independent and regionally dedicated business.
