L&D Manager (Multi-site), Lincolnshire
A senior, strategic L&D role with multi-site responsibility. This is a newly created position and is a rare opportunity in the marketplace.
This new role has been created to bring greater emphasis to the learning and development of its large workforce across two sites (containing three factories).
This role will ensure the correct systems and processes are in place for the team to provide excellent day-to-day training and development but also will focus on ensuring the learning of senior management is also promoted allowing you high visibility in the business.
The facility boasts a factory that is a world-leader in its particular category but also contains more labour intensive operations and so you will enjoy catering for a diverse set of skills from the shop floor up to the senior exec team.
Reporting into the Business HR Manager, with a team beneath, you will help shape and deliver the learning and development pathway ensuring compliance to customer standards, internal standards and also helping create a best in class L&D operation.
The business requires you to understand what a world-class L&D setup looks like and help implement this into the business. In order to do this you should have a CIPD or equivalent qualification, forward planning skills, budget management experience, influencing skills and a passion and desire for excellence in L&D.
