Interim HR Officer, Leciestershire
Interim HR Officer - three - six months, must have food or FMCG experience.
I am working with a client that has an opportunity for a HR generalist to join its busy HR function. You will need experience in food or FMCG manufacturing to apply for this Interim HR Officer role before reading further.
The HR team support a fast-paced food manufacturing facility and due to internal moves in the business there is an interim opportunity for three to six months. As you would expect with a food manufacturing environment it is essential that you are familiar with the normal day-to-day activities around grievances, disciplinaries and recruitment etc. It is highly likely that you will have worked with the unions at some level and above everything else, enjoy the pace and ever-changing priorities in any FMCG environment.
An IMMEDIATE START DATE IS NOT ESSENTIAL so if you are nearing the end of your current assignment please send in your CV.
