An exciting opportunity for a Buyer with food manufacturing experience to move into a specialist NPD Buying role.

My client is a highly regarded and successful, multi-site, food manufacturing business. This business is very much a leader in its field and new product development is a critical area for it to maintain its market-leading status.

It is now looking for a New Product Development Buyer to join its talented procurement team. You will get involved in all areas of NPD sourcing activity; working closely with the NPD team and liaising with Procurement Category Managers to implement group wide contracts. It's an exciting, ever-changing role where the ability to work in a busy, demanding environment is key. You'll source new products and new suppliers, always ensuring products are at the forefront in terms of quality and innovation.

Applicants will need to have previous ingredients or food buying experience gained within a food manufacturing environment. Knowledge of working with short shelf life products would be hugely advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Buyer, so apply today.

To assist you searching for a role by location - we have added a generic postcode, when uploading the advert, that designates the centre of the county in which this job is found. You may not see this on certain job boards.
