The purpose of the Shift Production Manager is to manage and coordinate the manufacturing and stores areas, deliver all quality, production, health & safety and food safety requirements, monitor progress of department through detailed KPIs and to look to continually improve performance of the department through dedicated projects. With supervisory responsibility of 20-30 Operatives, you will ensure you meet daily targets such as waste and efficiencies, drive continuous improvements and will also work with Technical and Engineering to meet specific customer requirements but to also recommend improvements.
We are seeking a proactive individual with previous team leading / supervisory experience from within a production environment, most preferably food manufacturing. You will possess the ability to forge relationships, drive a strong and efficient workforce and be results-orientated together with a positive attitude to drive forward continuous improvement.
The Shift Production Manager job is based in the South West region and is paying £25,000. The shift pattern is 4 days on, 4 days off, 7am – 7pm.
