National Account Manager
Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting for a National Account Manager within a North West based branded food group.
Our client is a North West based food group with ambition to fulfil the potential of its already category-leading brand. Through innovative NPD & a strong focus on building close proximity with the customer & consumer - the business is now seeking an individual with the potential to drive their growth ambition over the coming years within a Top 4 Grocery multiple.
Tasked with further driving the profitability, category share & growth of the businesses brand, you will be leading from the front with the customer to cement your relationship as a true category partner. This role will require ‘best in class’ account management skills, requiring you to build a robust strategic partnership with the retailer in question in order to achieve the businesses goals.
The successful candidate therefore, will reflect the following criteria:
- Ideally a current National Account Manager seeking their next step into a progressive, blue-chip business with strong brands
- Currently managing (with full P+L & JBP responsibility) a grocery multiple within an FMCG category
- Preferably educated to graduate calibre
A strong advocate of constantly pushing you to deliver your potential, this business will allow you to embed yourself into a team which shares a truly common goal and recognises effort and success. You will reflect the ability & ambition to drive your career further beyond this level and be striving to make a step up in responsibility to Senior National Account Manager or Account Controller in the near future.
