An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational and creative NPD Manager to join a well-respected food manufacturing business who supplies premium quality food products in to the retailers

Responsibilities will include:-

* Manage critical path from concept through to launch on all NPD and EPD projects
* Manage validation and verification work on all new lines
* Regularly review the market place and trade press including Social Media to increase awareness of current and upcoming food trends and products to develop leading edge propositions for customers.
* Regularly develop new products that both meet and exceed customers' expectations
* Conduct regular internal bench marking sessions of current product and keep records of these meetings to allow the monitoring of any trends
* Attend all customer NPD submissions
* Work closely with Technical Teams to ensure the requirements of customer finished product specifications are met

As the ideal candidate for this NPD Manager position you will be a Graduate with a degree within Food Science or related subject and have experience as an NPD Manager within the food manufacturing industries.
