We are looking for a Quality Controller (QC) to join one of Europe's leading fresh produce companies. There are no two days ever the same with this fresh produce company and that's part of why it's such a great environment to work in. Your main aim will be to ensure that all products are to customer specification and are of the finest quality.

The Job

As Quality Controller, you will be part of the Quality Control team carrying out tasks such as assessing incoming raw materials and the quality, labelling and integrity of the product.
You will also be liaising with suppliers, sending reports within agreed time scales and with supportive photographs and details for claim.
You will be responsible for assisting the Team Leaders in quality training and development according to customer specifications.
Other roles you will undertake include carrying out audits and conducting calibrations in regards to site requirements.

The Person

If you wish to become Quality Controller, you will have previous experience in a QC/QA role; specifically within a FMCG/fresh produce environment as well as experience with Rubicon and ERP system.
You will have a keen eye for detail and sound problem solving skills.
You will have excellent communication, organisation and planning skills.
You must also be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
