Everyone knows that if a company looks after their staff then the staff will look after the company - Richard Branson said something along those lines. But who's job is it to look after the staff? Essentially every manager plays their part but in some cases, there needs to be a senior figure to keep watch over everything with staff satisfaction and happiness as their main priority. We're looking for this person, a leader but also someone who cares about their work force and strives to maintain excellent welfare, hygiene, communication and general standards.

The Role

Essentially your whole focus will be on your staff; covering everything from recruitment to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of their facilities.
You will be in charge of setting the business strategy for your area of responsibility.
You will work closely with other teams within the Group to ensure the delivery of a complete, seamless and customer focus service.
Ensure compliance of legal, HR and company policies and procedures.
With the support of the team you will deliver the highest calibre of directly sourced seasonal staff, whilst consistently liaising with all operational parties to ensure that the correct volumes of staff are available.
Manage the seasonal services to provide accommodation at all accommodation sites including the management of the same at the point of occupancy whilst maintaining hygiene levels to the maximum.

The Candidate

We're looking for a leader, perhaps you've been in a similar position before or you've been managing a temp Recruitment agency, a sports club or somewhere similar.
You will ideally have CIPD qualifications as well as knowledge of Diversity, Employment Law, and Coaching and Mentoring.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate and build relationships with people at all working levels.
Have the curiosity and a willingness to challenge organisation culture where necessary.
Maintain a professional and commercial approach to HR with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individuals.
