Role Purpose

- Outbound calling to our current customer base - selling in new products.
- To support profitable sales growth by offering periodic sales promotions.
- To meet and exceed quality targets e.g. call reviews, capture of accurate information on system etc.
- To deliver excellent customer service, drawing on all available resources.
- To assist in the achievement of departmental targets.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

- Support profitable sales growth by meeting sales targets
- Being self-motivated in delivering a high sales performance
- Develop a good knowledge of customer needs, competitor activity and company products and resources.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to customers at all times.
- Gain required knowledge needed to fulfill role.
- Carry out tasks as required ensuring the smooth operational running of the telesales team.
