Technical Administrator, Nottingham
Do you want to develop a career in technical? Join a growing, friendly, pro-active food manufacturer and make a real mark on the company...
Due to the success of this growing food manufacturer a great opportunity to develop your career as a Technical Administrator has arisen. Our client is expanding and has recently achieved BRC accreditation, so it is keen for a Technical Administrator to join the team to take responsibility for all technical documentation, administration and traceability on-site, to ensure compliance and continued improvement against the BRC standard.
Our client is an expert in the meat industry and is very passionate about its products. Having been to the site and met a number of the management and production teams I can say first-hand that this is a friendly, lively and "can-do" work environment. It is a family run business; everyone is flexible and helps out one another. This company puts product quality at the heart of everything it does! Facilities are fantastic, having had investment in new areas earlier this year. Opportunities to grow and expand are endless as there is also lots of land to continue.
As the company continues on its journey of growth, it is seeking a like-minded eager, hardworking and passionate individual to grow with them and potentially in future grow and manage your own technical team.
As Technical Administrator you will:
- Manage all technical documentation including raw materials specifications, certificates of analysis, factory paperwork, labelling, traceability etc.
- Administration of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Complete internal audits, investigations, root cause and close out
- Ensure staff are bought in to a "quality culture" and complete required production documents
- Investigate customer complaints
- General office admin duties e.g. filing, maintenance of technical stock items
This exciting new challenge is suitable if you have a background in the food manufacturing industry, enjoy administrative work and are interested in developing your career. The client needs someone who works well in a small team and is not afraid to challenge. It is essential you are analytical and detail orientated and BRC/ ISO 9001 experience is desirable but not essential. This is a junior role and full training and support will be given.
If you think you have all the above and you are keen to start a new journey in your career then this role is for you. Apply today.
