Sales Manager / Sales Executive
Our client is a developing and ambitious business partnership focussing on the growing, preparation, adding value and sale of homegrown novel crops, grains and pulses to the retail, catering and manufacturing food sectors. With a recognised brand and high quality British reputation, their mission is to provide healthy, innovative, wholesome products through their sales and distribution process.
In this newly created role of Sales Manager you’ll be working for the collaborative partnership to develop existing, generate new business relationships and increase sales both for retail offerings and bulk supplies.
As the energetic, enthusiastic and “go getter” Sales Manager you will develop, expand and maintain the shared database of current and potential customer’s, using the warm leads from trade shows, enquiries and their previous sales history to bring in sales. Through research you will identify and develop new sales leads, building strong commercial relationships face to face, on the telephone, by email and social media.
- Sales focussed with experience in the food industry, able to use your knowledge of farming, food production and consumer insight
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to build relationships, find new opportunities and close the deals
- Able to maximise the CRM system, leads, trade show and all customer enquiries to positively promote the product range, you’ll be a self-starter who is highly organised and can see the special potential in this unique opportunity

Salary and benefits: £20 – 30,000 + bonus, pension contribution and expenses
Commutable from: East Anglian/Norfolk/Suffolk based with UK travel and scope for home working
