What you'll be doing

As an HR Advisor within Greencore you will be working to ensure that our managers and employees understand the HR policies and are implementing them correctly. You will be also be supporting managers in areas relating to disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings.

You'll work closely with the wider HR team in areas such as recruitment, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes, you will also promote employee wellbeing initiatives and use KPI data to identify trends and patterns to support business decisions.

In your role of HR Advisor, you will also be facilitating the recruitment process all the way from placing adverts, screening candidates, through to appointment and induction.



What you'll need

You'll be the first port of call for enquiries from employees, prospective employees and managers, therefore strong communication skills are essential. You will have previous HR experience, preferably in a FMCG or manufacturing environment.

We're also looking for you to have A Level standard education or equivalent, have undertaken, or be working towards CIPD qualification and have previous experience with a range of computer software.

Not only will you be working for one of the country's leading food manufacturers you'll also get to work for a company that really does put people at the core.

This role will provide HR support to the northern region and will require travel including the potential of overnight stays.
