The job

Your role as QC Coordinator is to support the technical function and work closely with the production function to carry out routine quality assurance testing and monitoring throughout the manufacturing process and ensure information on product quality is continually fed back to the production team. You will also conduct GMP and hygiene assessments across the entire manufacturing operation to ensure continued improvement of site and operation and assist in maintaining the site BRC accreditation.

Your experience

We are seeking a committed, positive individual who currently has some experience from a quality assurance or similar role in food manufacturing OR you will be educated to a degree level within a food related discipline. You will have ideally undertaken food hygiene training, have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

The QC Coordinator job is based in the East Anglia region and is paying £17,000 - £19,000 pro rata according to individual skills and previous experience.

This is a maternity cover role until February 2017, however there may be the possibility for the role to go permanent for the right candidate.
