What you'll be doing
You'll be working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same, as a HR Administrator/Receptionist you'll need to be organised, able to prioritise workloads and provide support to both employees and managers in order to achieve our business aims.
Working closely with the wider HR team you'll provide support in areas such as recruitment, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes. You'll also ensure the HR databases are updated with the latest information at all time to allow the team to track data and report on key trends as and when required.
Whilst on reception you will be dealing with visitors, and switchboard on a daily basis, issuing security passes to guests, liaising with security to ensure that safety procedures are adhered to at all times
As a key contact across the site, you will support on co-ordination of room bookings, organising refreshments, and sometimes booking travel /accommodation. You will ensure the reception and meeting rooms are maintained at all times and provide general business support across various teams where required.
The role is full time 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
You will be working 8:30am - 12:30pm in the HR team competing HR Administrative duties and 1:00pm - 5:00pm covering Reception duties.
What you'll need
You'll likely be the first port of call for enquiries and as such need to be an excellent communicator. You will have a proven administrative background, ideally within a HR environment, previous experience in an FMCG environment advantageous but not essential.
We're also looking for you to have A Level standard education or equivalent, previous experience with a range of computer software such as MS Office and prior use of a busy switch board.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD level 3 qualified however this is not essential as training will be provided.
