THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for a Business Improvement Data Administrator to join our team at our Manton Wood "Food to Go" Production Facility. Your key focus will be to provide a range of specific clerical support and data processing services to maximise the efficiency's of a given process or function. You will also provide admin support to both the Business Improvement team and the Executive team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As Business Improvement Data Administrator you will compile information from a number of sources to provide information for a functional team to improve business processes.

You will input and reconcile information in standard system/formats e.g. Microsoft Excel to enable data capture and the production of management information. This will then inform functional decision making.
Other duties include requisitioning for team members to ensure that all necessary resources/logistics are available when required, scheduling site services or third parties to undertake routine or preventative work. You will also ensure that facilities are fully functional and provide a safe working environment.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

You will be analytical with a high level of numeracy and literacy and have strong IT skills in particular Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) to be able to produce graphs and reports. You will be system savvy and have a natural ability to learn new systems quickly.

With an analytical mind set you will to be able to not only gather data but to interpret it and use it to guide the team in right areas of action.
