A leading distributor of high quality, premium food products has developed an opportunity within their team for a National Account Manager to take responsibility for their Wholesale business. This family owned business are now in their 3rd generation of ownership have had huge success over the years, growing to a figure of £55M with 65 employees. They distribute some of the UK’s best known brands and supply all the top 6 retailers as well as having a large foodservice division. The business have a strong focus on its people and do everything they can to create a happy, fun and productive working environment giving them an excellent staff retention record.
As National Account Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing business within your account base. You will be operating across a large portfolio of branded and private label products across all food categories. You will be expected to use your strong commercial acumen to spot opportunities within your customers and build long lasting relationships.
To be considered for this excellent opportunity, it is essential you have a proven track record of delivering growth within this channel. You must be highly commercial with a can do attitude and sense of hunger to progress within a business on a long term basis.
