Reporting to the Site HR Business Partner your role will be to monitor and ensure that Group Training policies and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained on-site. Working closely with the Management Team, you will advise on weekly employee training needs and develop new training initiatives to ensure Moy Park remains up-to-date within an ever changing industry. As a key point of contact, you will also manage the induction process, co-ordinate and deliver specific training and evaluate training effectiveness to maintain the highest standards of performance.
Your proven track record of training will include experience of delivering training and writing of training procedures within a manufacturing environment. Professional Trainer Certificate or equivalent is also essential. We are looking for a skilled and confident communicator; someone who is IT literate, and has a passion for making a difference through effective training solutions, with a flexible attitude. It is a requirement of the role that the successful candidate has a valid UK driving licence.
