Fish based Protein Ingredients in the Future - sourcing, technology and consumer health

The global feed and food industry is increasingly looking for new types of proteins for a rich variety of foods and animal feed and plant protection, as there is a strong and growing demand from consumers for high quality and cost effective solutions to boost protein content and nutritional value. For many global consumer groups, "natural" and "sustainable" is considered as vital parameters. Tripple Nine Group would like to be among the global market leaders in developing innovative protein solutions that advance feed for aquaculture and food ingredient solutions, but is also challenged to be at the cutting edge of industry trends, legislation and research and development to reach this position.

Perhaps the most promising product category in the near future is fish based proteins, a GMO free alternative to meat based proteins with a lot of potential health and growth benefits, also compared to plant based proteins. The increased global awareness of the importance of proteins has accelerated feed and food manufacturers' demand to ensure high quality proteins with added value. It is Tripple Nine Groups intention to become the leading supplier of fish based protein solutions for the feed and food industry - the missing ingredient to achieve this could be you.
