Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)
This position requires a strong multi-skilled engineer (electrically biased) to come in and embrace a challenging role, offering and working on solutions to any issues that arise. Our client is not looking for a slow, reactive engineer to come in, they need an enthusiastic professional to tackle problems head-on within a successful team. The fundamentals of the job are as follows:
- PLC programming
- Logical approach to troubleshooting
- Knowledge of temperature and pressure control circuits
- Working with 3-phase motors
- Use and understanding of both electrical and mechanical drawings
- General machine maintenance
- PPM and reactive maintenance with breakdowns as required
- Participation in continuous improvement projects
