HR Manager - Cambridgeshire
This is an attractive HR Manager opportunity with real scope and a generalist remit.

This role works closely with the Site Director and HR Controller. The role is part of a progressive senior team that is involved in driving change initiatives and managing the people plan for the site. You would manage the HR team and drive a HR Continuous Improvement culture. The role works closely with the Factory Manager, SupplyChain Manager, Technical Manager, Commercial Manager to drive the business agenda.
The HR role is a business partnering position focusing on the added value within the HR offering. This is a generalist role and looks at all aspects including ER, Union, Organisational Design and Change Management.
There is further opportunity for professional development from external and internal courses. Furthermore, you will work with exceptional functional managers that will offer a wider business development platform
The ideal candidate:
- You will be CIPD qualified
- Experience of managing a HR Team
- Experience of Union
- Experience of working in fast-paced environment Manufacturing or Logistics
- Experience of Managing the HR Plan and implementing
- Generalist HR experience
- Ability to influence
- Experience of business partnering
