This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of HR to join a senior management team at a multi-site food manufacturer. The role will focus on business partnering with the senior team and providing expertise in both the functional and wider business area.
This is a fast-paced business that is developing and requires a Head of HR that can own and devise the HR strategy. There is a real focus on re-designing structures and developing progressive structures that drive cross-functional working and a winning team mentality.
You will be joining a new leadership team with a positive strategic agenda that is focused on growth.
This Head of HR is both tactical and strategic and we are looking for a professional that can operate in both areas. You will have gained a strong HR generalist background covering organisational design, developing senior management teams, ER and Union experience etc.
Working with a talented and developing senior team; you will add competitive advantage through true business partnering.
You will require:
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or logistics
- You will be CIPD qualified
- You will have devised HR strategies for your business unit
- Developed senior teams
- Managed HR teams
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Project Management Skills
- ER experience with a strong engagement background
- Union experience
