As a team we are very pleased and excited to be selected as the recruitment partner to support the growth of this fantastic food business in the search for a new Channel Manager within the Impulse Business unit. Reporting to the Head of Impulse this role is responsible for the implementation and direction of the strategic plan, managing a team of Business Development Managers and driving business across the various sectors. Within this leadership role a key responsibility is to develop and encourage the team to achieve full potential, leading from the front with a hands-on sales approach.

As the ideal candidate, for the position of Channel Manager, you must have impulse channel knowledge and experience within either a food or drink manufacturing business. It is important that you understand technical aspects of sales within impulse formats and be able to advise, lead and develop the team in the sales process to manage and deliver business proposals. With significant and senior commercial experience you will demonstrate a proven track record of sales success and growth, ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent).
