Kitchen operative nights
To open/decant raw materials. Further processing & weighing of materials. Operation of machinery. Weighing & blending of materials according to recipes to be used by downstream customers. To ensure all relevant procedures are followed & products are manufactured according to the customers requirements.
* Ensure usage of correct products and equipment at all time. * Ensure correct weights are applied using scales when required. * Liaise with all Management and Technical staff. * Follow instructions as required. * Completes all paperwork as instructed & in a timely manner * Follows all procedures as detailed in SOPs, HACCP, Quality Manual
