A multinational organisation requires a Marketing Director to provide complete strategic guidance for categories including; confectionery, biscuits and ice cream. This includes leading all brand development and product innovation activities for all major brands.
You will play a key role to play in supporting the business in a move towards a more category focused organisation and ensuring that the marketing business unit becomes a centralised function.
This is a senior role that reports directly into the board and you will be responsible for building and owning category and brand strategies for the entire Food ingredients portfolio. You will redefine each category and brand strategy based on consumer Insight activity. You must also drive brand development and product development.
You will possess strong people management skills and have the ability to develop and motivate individuals to achieve a level high performance. Examples of coaching will be highly regarded.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have at least 10-15 years of experience working in a multi-national FMCG business in a global HQ. A Degree, MBA or equivalent is also must.
