The job

This position has become available due to internal promotion and this is a fantastic time to join the business are there is lots of exciting changes and opportunities to progress.

You will responsible for maintenance of everyday hygiene standards for the site and for the management of the site cleaning management system (CMS) such that high standards of production area hygiene are maintained at all times.  The role is responsible for the management of site based production area cleaning contractors and/or company cleaning teams, the management of all forms of waste removal from the site and for the application of lean techniques to ensure ongoing efficiency improvements.

Your experience

We would like to hear from dynamic and innovative individuals who have hygiene management experience from within a food & beverage manufacturing environment. You will have completed training including SAP and pest awareness (both essential) and other training including COSHH and IOSH is highly desirable. You will also possess good PC skills with ability to interrogate IS systems for data and KPI monitoring and a knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques is a distinct advantage.

The Hygiene & Compliance Team Manager job is based in the North West / Scotland region and is paying c. £36,000 - £38,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The business also offers excellent benefits including 10& bonus, life assurance, pension scheme, private healthcare, 25 days holiday plus public holidays, childcare vouchers and more!

The working hours are Monday to Friday. 7.30am – 4.30pm, however flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the business.
