Are you looking for a new job as a Quality Assurance Manager working nights, 4 on 4 off within the food industry? We're looking for someone to lead and co-ordinate the work of the quality assurance teams on nights to deliver and implement service improvement. Think you've got what it takes? The Role

As Quality Assurance (QA) Manager you'll be expected to direct your team to deliver the quality management system including the internal audit plan in order to ensure compliance with customer, manufacturing unit, legislative, divisional and strategic requirements.
The job will also require you to provide information and demonstrate operational practice in support of external audits to enable compliance with customer requirements.
You'll need to monitor departmental KPI's adjusting team activity to ensure targets are achieved.
Build production capability and understanding to achieve relevant technical requirements.

The Candidate

To be an excellent QA Manager you'll need a food degree or an equivalent qualification and some relevant experience of working in a technical / quality role.
You'll need to have the confidence to lead and co-ordinate a team.
Some internal auditing experience is required.
Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate level 3
Level 3 Health and Safety
Nutritional awareness
As a QA Manager in the food industry a passion for food quality is also important!
