Account Executive｜Fresh Produce｜South Coast｜£DOE
Summary of Role:
Our client is currently looking to hire an Account Executive or National Account Manager due to continued business growth. The role will involve the management of accounts with large retail multiples, building relationships and delivering sales of fresh produce.
About the Employer:
The company is an established supplier of fresh produce specialising in exotic vegetables and supplies leading British restaurants and supermarkets. Employing over 200 people the company annual turnover is approximately £100m. Although the company has grown considerable over the past 20 years they still have an ambitious strategy for further growth. They are an exciting and innovative company which will offer you the support you need to develop your skills and progress your career.
About the Job:
You will be a driven, focused individual that will have a track record of achieving results. You will work closely with the commercial team to build on the established business. The role will allow you to identify commercial opportunities, build relationships and close sales. You will be able to use your knowledge of the fresh produce industry to sell to a variety of clients, including retailers and the foodservice industry. You will have the desire and capability to quickly become an Account Manager.
The ideal candidate will already be an account executive or junior national account manager in fresh produce sector. You will have sound knowledge of vegetables and other produce. You will have a proven history of achieving sales targets and goals. You will have the desire to progress your skills and career quickly.
In order to be considered for this position, as a minimum you must have experience in a sales environment within fresh produce.
£25,000+ + Bonus ++ depending on experience
