Knowledge Skills and Experience

- Lead the Service proposition for the business including the lead for Service Circle
- DSL in line with company target through co-ordinated cross functional working
- Accountable for service level standards from Grantham Freshfayre NDC
- Accountable for Leakage and wastage levels in line with budget through ‘influencing position` across Supply Chain, Depots & GT Freshfayre NDC
- Manage depot & Support Centre Facility & Vehicular costs to budget
- Act as Facilities Manager for Freshfayre stand-alone sites including the Support Centre
- Ensure company Motor Transport Compliance in accordance with statutory regulations
- Liaise with Group colleagues on vehicle requirements
- Responsible for maintenance of company health & safety standards in accordance with policy
- Responsible for resource planning (New Depots/Routing, vehicular escalation, van sales colleague headcount
- Accountable for the ISO14001 standards
- Accountable for Internal & External Audit standards

Performance Indicators

- DSL to Company Target
- SLA`s delivered from 3rd party Warehouse operation
- Leakage & Wastage in line with budget
- Tachograph Compliance
- Motor Transport Compliance
- Compliance Audits for Freshfayre Sites
- Depot & Support Centre costs to budget (non colleague)

- Ability to challenge processes & costs to deliver
