The Role

To achieve the warehouse objectives and continuously improve the performance against set targets.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

- Ensuring all goods are picked from dispatch according to the picking procedure and KPI`s achieved

- Complete administration of picking documents as required

- Ensure products that are picked are of saleable quality in accordance to the company policy - particularly H&S and quality

- Ensure the correct labelling of all orders ready for dispatch

- To replenish the Warehouse as and when required, ensuring that stock is always available for picking

- Ensure that all vehicles are loaded correctly and on time in line with the company load planner

- Ensure that all cages/ stillages are secure in accordance with H&S regulations

- Compliance with H&S and Hygiene legislation

- Ensure all goods accepted are to the standard required by the Company, including temperature compliance

- Locate products as set out by the WMS, rotating stock effectively

- Uses knowledge to solve basic problems, makes routine decisions

- Takes responsibility for quality of own work

- Meets customer expectations in service and product quality

- Is reliable and co-operative, demonstrating understanding of team work/interdependency

- Demonstrates attention to detail

- Has a sense of urgency

- Health & Safety conscious at all times
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

- Basic literacy & numeracy

- No experience necessary, but preferred
