If so, we'd love to hear from you as our client is looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Manager to join their FMCG business based on the Cambridgeshire / Hertfordshire border.

Your will be leading a team of Customer Service Advisors within a fast paced manufacturing business who are responsible for taking & processing of orders, monitoring customer service levels and communicating internally and externally. Reporting in to the Head of Supply Chain, you will set team KPI's as well coaching & mentoring the team around you to ensure that Customer Satisfaction is at the core of the business. With a lot of key relationships being internal, it is vital that the wider business understands the importance of Customer Service as well as the accuracy of the information that is provided. With a complex ERP system, it will be your responsibility to lead the team and ensure that Customer Excellence is ingrained in the wider business.

In order to apply for this job, you need to have a strong background in customer service and it is essential that you have managed a team of customer service advisors. Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail as well as being to pull together reports & presentations which are then issued across the business. When problems arise, you must be able to successfully implement Root Cause Analysis to ensure that procedures are put in place to prevent reoccurrence. You must also have exceptional numeracy skills as well as be computer literate and be able to demonstrate your ability to work with Customer Service Systems.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
