We currently have a great and exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our expanding team in Northampton, to support local and divisional roles. The role will partner with the site HR Leads to deliver an end to end on boarding process and collaborate in creating resource plans, developing the recruitment strategy and implementing the action plans.

What you'll be doing
As a Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible to ensure a consistent process for the management of applicants and processing of candidate information across all manufacturing business units. You will initiate and maintain a network of contacts to help identify potential candidates for the appropriate roles. You will also interview prospective employees and evaluate candidates against the requirements of the role to appoint appropriately. You will also act as a coach to hiring managers and HR teams, to provide support on interviewing and candidates assessment techniques to driving business effectiveness. You will organise and lead the running of recruitment open days on site and at external job fayres, driving awareness of the business and building Talent Pipelines. You will collaborate with the HR Leads to develop and interpret the recruitment plan from the overall people strategy and support HR teams in the use of the in-house recruitment system and processes.
What you'll need
You will have demonstrable experience within the recruitment process and practices. Experience of computer systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. You will also need to demonstrate strong communication skills and excellent organisational skills. The ability to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure is essential.
