Looking for that stepping stone to a group technical manager role? Are you looking to move to a technical manager role with a company supplying some of the best companies in the UK?

If you are either fed up of working for a large group and looking to be able to set your own technical agenda with a major food manufacturer or you are looking to work with more high risk products then this role and company could be for you.

The company understand that not everyone will stick around in technical, yet they have very low labour turnover in the business due to their continued investment in training and positive company culture.

As the technical manager you will be working with leading this small yet highly trained technical team that are looking after high risk products that will be supplied B2B and to the food service. In addition you will be:
-Dealing with customer complaints
-Supporting the NPD team with launches
-Manage the quality management system
-Train and develop the QA team
- Maintain BRC (v7)

As a premium business supplying to the business that are supplying to major retailers they are looking for people with a proven track record in the food industry, ideally within a high risk environment.
