We are looking for a talented and driven Concept Development Manager to manage an exciting and varied range of NPD and EPD projects. Managing a small team, you'll take full ownership of projects from concept to launch. You'll be responsible for driving consumer-led innovation in line with the business development strategy.

We are looking for a Concept Development Manager with a food science degree (or equivalent) and proven experience in a senior development role within an FMCG business. Passionate about innovation and a devil for the detail, you'll take real pride in the successful delivery of market-leading products. You'll need to understand BRC and UK retail quality standards, ensuring all products, packaging & artwork are compliant.

As Concept Development Manager you'll need to demonstrate excellent leadership skills to guide your team and be a confident communicator and influencer able to manage internal and customer relationships.
