Food Scientist with expertise within dairy and emulsion technologies required for newly created role in food manufacturing.
We are looking for a Dairy Technologist to join a thriving food business to support its exciting expansion plans. You will be working on first-to-market innovation projects within dairy and dairy alternative products. Suitable candidates will have in-depth knowledge and understanding of Emulsification along with a degree-level qualification in Food Science.
As Dairy Technologist you will create and improve recipe formulations and through pilot plant trials ensure these are effectively scaled up into full production. Whilst this role is UK based, you will be working with teams in international markets and translating formulations from other regions to meet UK requirements and legislation. We are looking for a dedicated individual who keeps up with the latest technologies in the global food industry across products, ingredients, packaging and machinery.
