Urgent requirement - two Interim Operations Managers - four months.
We need to secure two Interim Operations Managers for one of our best clients. We've worked with them for years and these are critical interim roles for them.
Our client needs individuals with gravitas and the ability to drive a team in a positive way. As with all interim roles, there will be an element of implementing some changes, tightening up on KPI management and as always, bringing the production team together in a timely fashion to hit their demanding schedule on the run up to Christmas.
Two elements of experience that would really stand out for this one would be your knowledge of supplying three of the major UK retailers in particular - Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose. You don't have to have detailed knowledge of all three; just one will suffice along with your ability to manage a retailer relationship through a peak season in other interim operations roles.
Availability? It's an urgent role so a September start would be ideal.
