Interim process manager opportunity - three to six months - are you available to start in October?
We are currently working with two clients who urgently require Interim Process Development Managers. These are ideal opportunities if you have experience in the food industry in chilled own-label manufacturing for retail.
Both roles are urgent so you need to be available in October ideally.
As well as being well initiated in the demands of working to a critical path, across multiple products, you will have worked on numerous trials yourself and be very familiar with the pace and challenges faced by the Process team. These assignments need an experienced individual who can head up the team and provide critical leadership to ensure the business is on track. The customer relationship, as in all manufacturing businesses, is critical. Both of these roles need an individual with gravitas and proven communication skills. It sounds obvious but being an ambassador for the business and someone the customer can relate to and build trust with is essential.
Both of the assignments will be three months plus in length. If you don't have the managerial experience, do still send in your cv as we have a further opportunity for an Interim Process Technologist that does not require the leadership piece.
