Quality Assurance Supervisor - Nights

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. In the role of QA Supervisor you will work with the QA team to verify that raw material preparation, manufacturing production and product storage comply with food safety, specification and quality standards.

What you'll be doing
As QA Supervisor, you will complete audits and KPI's to monitor the consistency of outputs across the team for compliance purposes, with a focus on promoting safe working environment at all times. You will also be required to investigate customer complaints and any non-conformance raised internally or externally, providing feedback to inform resolution.
You will understand the value of great communication and ensure there is focus on key objectives to develop and maximise potential.
What you'll need
Previous experience of working within Food Manufacturing is essential, so we'll be looking for you to bring with you prior experience of working within a similar role. An accreditation in food safety at level 3 and Health and safety level 2 would be extremely beneficial.
An understanding of internal audit processes, technical KPI's and non-conformance techniques will be required alongside basic allergen awareness and legal labelling practice.
You will be a natural problem solver with a strong attention to detail, with the ability to recognise patterns and use your past experience within similar roles to make logical decisions.
