UK Sales Director - FMCG - Berkshire
I am hugely excited to be representing this innovative and rapidly expanding UK division of a global business. The role of UK Sales Director is a replacement for the current leader who has been promoted and developing a career on the board.
This opportunity for Sales Director will be to manage a current team of 12 that will be expanding as they challenge the market. The team is made up of Sales, Business Development and Insight driving new acquisition sales of the business solution in to FMCG Manufacturing - primarily Branded Food and Drink.
UK Sales Director is a senior role within the UK business and will report directly to the board. It has huge scope for advancement and development as part of the global growth strategy over the next three years.
As a senior member of the team this role has a very specific requirement and to be successful in your application you must have:
- At least 5 years senior manager leading teams within sales and marketing. As an example you may currently be Commercial Director, Sales Director, Head of Trading or Commercial Controller.
- Within the sales leadership you must be able to demonstrate experience of building and implementing new business strategies.
- The ideal candidate will have major UK branded Food or Drink background with current working knowledge of UK Grocery sector.
You will be highly commercial, ideally with a degree as well as relevant professional qualification.
This UK Sales Director role will suit someone who has already proven their sales and leadership experience within a branded food or drink organisation and is now looking for a new challenge with massive scope for reward.
