Our client is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join their busy team. Working in manufacturing is to be part of a very fast paced environment. No two days are ever the same and the day will rarely end as planned due to the constant demand from the business. To be able to think on your feet - fast - is an essential component for this position. The positive to this requirement is that the job is extremely varied - job satisfaction and constant stimulation are certain by-products to this role.
This is a perfect opportunity for an ambitious HR Generalist who has experience in a similar paced environment. The HR Officer will join an established team and will be able to jump straight in to the demands of the job.
Our client is looking for an experienced individual who can work autonomously within the department. This is not a business who micro-manages their teams unnecessarily. There is an excellent support structure within the department should that be required, however if you have the wherewithal to get on with a job immediately this is what you will be able to do.
This business is a fantastically interesting and complex operation that supplies a number of the major multiples with a range of different products.
