Working for one of the most advanced, successful food manufacturing groups within the UK, the future is bright for the successful HR Officer who joins this business. No two days are ever the same within this fast paced environment, and the ability to think on your feet is a vital criteria for this HR Officer role.
Our client is keen to find a HR Officer who will fit in with the challenging, but fair culture of its business. The number of employees is in the hundreds, with a wide diversity of skill levels that need to be managed from an HR perspective.
We are looking for a well balanced HR professional. You will already be a strong generalist, with particular strengths in Employment law and ER cases as well as good experience in employee engagement. As you can see, we are looking for an individual who will be able to hit the ground running!
Joining our client would be an astute move for an ambitious individual as this is a progressive organisation with lots of career opportunities for the high calibre HR professional. You will love the challenge of working in a fast paced environment - you thrive on pushing yourself and love the positive effects that good HR processes can make on a business.
Ideally you will have HR related qualifications and at the very least a substantial amount of HR practice in a similar level role under your belt. There will be training and development within this position, of course, but we will be looking for potential and proof of ability.
