Refresco is the leading European bottler of soft drinks and fruit juices for retailers and branded players. 

Refresco is headquartered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and employs circa 4,100 staff.
Refresco UK based Bridgwater , Somerset, UK employs 850 people and we run four factories producing circa 700 million litres per annum, our target is a billion litres. We work with retailers including Tesco & ASDA to produce their private labels and branded customers such as Innocent Smoothies and Ocean Spray.

About the role

This is an exciting role within the technical function with key responsibilities including Factory Quality; Managing the Factory Quality Managers ensuring the factory quality agenda is managed effectively so that products are manufactured legally and safely, right first time in compliance with customer and internal company specifications and standards. Laboratory; Managing the Laboratory Manager so that the lab activity provides the service required for effective production, meets customer requirements and maintains appropriate certification. Product Launches; Managing the Product Launch Manager so that new products are manufactured right first time to schedule. And finally Hygiene and GMP procedures; Ensuring that the company has up to date, consistent and appropriate cleaning procedures that meet the requirements of BRC/IFS and customers. Ensure that the procedures are communicated and trained out to users. GMP procedures are maintained, trained out and communicated.

About you

As a highly experienced Quality Manager within a manufacturing environment, you’ll be passionate about all things technical and ensuring the ongoing development, maintenance and implementation of quality assurance and control systems within operations

With experience of managing a team you’ll have a good understanding of how to lead site performance and culture from a basic environment to the highest level of efficiency and standards.   You will have had responsibility for development and management of Key Performance Indicators and will have a demonstrable a track record of achieving results. A confident, credible and people-oriented leader, you inspire those around you with your can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
