Refresco is the leading European bottler of soft drinks and fruit juices for retailers and branded players. 

Refresco is headquartered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and employs circa 4,100 staff.
Refresco UK based Bridgwater , Somerset, UK employs 850 people and we run four factories producing circa 700 million litres per annum, our target is a billion litres. We work with retailers including Tesco & ASDA to produce their private labels and branded customers such as Innocent Smoothies and Ocean Spray.

About the role

Here at Refresco our bold vision is to produce 1 billion litres of drinks annually. By enabling the business to improve efficiencies and reduce costs, as well as facilitating further growth our engineering team is crucial to this ambitious goal. Joining the UK team as Site Engineering Manager and utilising your significant engineering expertise you will be directly responsible for the central engineering department and be involved in the operational maintenance team management ensuring that both reach the required standards and ensure that the site KPIs are achieved. The central engineering team includes site utilities, facilities and engineering stores management which means it will be essential to build long term relationships with each department across the site. This is an excellent opportunity to make your mark and play a key role in driving Refresco UK forwards, doing all you can to ensure we achieve our targets and maximise machine performance whilst have control over costs.

About you

You’ll be an experienced Engineering Manager ideally within either FMCG bottling or pharmaceuticals manufacturing sectors. Possessing a strong leadership style and able to demonstrate a successful track record in leading teams to continuously improve with a clear focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost. Proven ability to empower team members to deliver business objectives through utilising problem solving tools in fast paced, pressurised environments
