Duties will include:

  • Issue of Recipes, and other paperwork to the Bakery.
  • Recording and processing customer complaints.
  • Generation of Customer and internal reports.
  • Trending data.
  • Complete & submit detailed & accurate finished product specifications using online customer portals (eg Micros).

    Applicants will need to demonstrate: 

  • Working well with others.
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • The ability to work quickly & accurately in all circumstances with the ability to meet deadlines with a strong ‘Right First Time Approach’.
  • The ability to communicate effectively to all levels and have a good telephone manner.
  • Good organisational skills & excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexibility.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative as well as working within a team.

Successful applicant must have previous specification writing experience with formal documented training.
