Technical Administrator Assistant - Kensey Foods
Duties will include:
- Issue of Recipes, and other paperwork to the Bakery.
- Recording and processing customer complaints.
- Generation of Customer and internal reports.
- Trending data.
- Complete & submit detailed & accurate finished product specifications using online customer portals (eg Micros).
Applicants will need to demonstrate:
- Working well with others.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- The ability to work quickly & accurately in all circumstances with the ability to meet deadlines with a strong ‘Right First Time Approach’.
- The ability to communicate effectively to all levels and have a good telephone manner.
- Good organisational skills & excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative as well as working within a team.
Successful applicant must have previous specification writing experience with formal documented training.
