Senior National Account Manager – Sainsbury’s
Up to £60k + car + bonus + benefits
As a leading supplier of premium, chilled food products in the UK, the business has achieved impressive, double digit growth for the last 15 years and currently turnover £200m. Sourcing the finest food from across Europe, they work closely with the major supermarket chains, foodservice outlets and food producers offering a range of branded and own label products across multiple different categories. Due to the growth, they are looking to add a Senior National Account Manager to their grocery team.
Reporting into the Commercial Controller, you will take responsibility for £20M worth of Sainsbury’s business across premium, private label products. You will work cross functionally with the technical and NPD teams and manage a collaborative partnership with Sainsbury’s in which the business is the sole supplier of this category. You will be expected to use your excellent commercial skills to build the business, develop new products and enter into new areas.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a strong understanding of the grocery channel and have experience of the chilled foods category. It is essential you are commercially savvy but at the same time can build long lasting relationships with your customer base. You must have a proven track record of delivering growth and have the desire to become an expert in the product area in which you will be operating in.
