Sweet Business - Premium Chocolates and Best in class Customer Services!

The fast growing global market for premium chocolate products challenge manufacturers and suppliers on topics like access to raw materials with increasing costs, production capacity (expansion), efficient supply chains and route-to-markets, sales- & Marketing values on CSR or Sustainability (story telling) and increasing demands from both customers and end consumers.

Barry Callebaut has the key to solve this challenge with a full vertical integrated process - "from bean to chocolate", providing both large industrials and gourmet customers with premium products through a strong global market presence.

Although Barry Callebaut is the undisputed global market leader and in the Nordic's as well, there is still huge growth potentials for this business in the future.

How do Barry Callebaut maintain outstanding commercial results, "first in class" services, premium product offers based on quality and innovations, customer support etc. - in a market position where we also face operational models to standardize and harmonize processes (less flexibility), a market dominated by increasing costs controlled by Spec's, evolving consumer trends and demands, legislation and digitalization (data and systems) etc. - How do Barry Callebaut keep their market leading position in a market full of local and international competitors with higher flexibility and another market agenda?

We are looking to recruit 5 outstanding, ambitious students with a true passion and drive for innovation to be a part of the Food Tech Challenge 2016 on Team Barry Callebaut.
