Due to growth within the team, a vacancy has arisen for a Technical Services Manager based at our Spalding site. Reporting to the Technical Manager.

The main purpose of this position is to manage all Specifications, the HACCP and QM systems including the stringent USDA requirements. As well as Supplier Assurance together with assisting in the compliance to the various Customer codes of practice and legislative requirements. Working closely with the Technical Manager and Quality Assurance Manager to develop a best in class Quality Management system. Day to day management of the Technical admin side of the team is also required, working closely with the QA Manager to provide mentoring and support to the teams apprentice,

The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent in a related field plus relevant category experience within a FMCG environment. You will have strong data interpretation and analytical skills and be able to communicate complex data to internal and external stakeholders. You must be able to effectively influence colleagues and customers like and be a key team player. Good market/product/category awareness is a must as are excellent IT skills.
