We are looking for an experienced Category Analyst, to work alongside the Senior Category Marketing Manager and Marketing Director to deliver a suite of data insight tools which allow us to analyse and understand our markets. You will also be responsible for managing the accuracy and integrity of Tulips customer data delivering actionable insight for both internal and external customers

This role will also work with database providers to resolve issues as they arise, as well as design inputs and outputs in order to effectively create a comprehensive set of business reports which cover the needs of Board, Leadership Team, Commercial Teams, NPD teams and Customer Category Marketing Team.

Our ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, with previous data management experience. You will have the ability to work with large raw data sets and pull out relevant information and then turn that into actionable recommendations, so strong Excel skills are essential. We are looking for a flexible approach with the ability to demonstrate attention to detail and a high level of organisation. Whilst guidance and support for this role is offered, the desire to succeed and the drive to achieve is essential. An effective communicator, combining strong analytical, IT, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
